Graphic designer with a focus on print production and digital media. Graduated in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication from Brown College in Minnesota. After graduating, worked as a Store Lead Consultant at FedEx Office handling projects for customers including design work, printing, and post-production. Extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Freelance design work for multiple clients preparing marketing materials, vector graphics, menus, and window art.

What I Do

Graphic Design

Design and layout using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign based on customer requirements. Experience with small and large documents such as business cards, logos, brochures and posters.

Illustration

Create custom illustration for logos and branding. Design cartoon illustrations for online identity. Experience with vector images. Illustrate graphics for cover art and use within content sections of documents.

Digital Print Production

Extensive experience in digital print production. Prepare content for customers to be printed on various media using appropriate fonts, color palettes, page size, bleeds, and document type. Printing both in-house and sending to outsourced print vendors.

Post Press and Finishing

Perform proofing following the print process. Cut and trim documents using shear cutting and slide cutters. Multiple types of binding including glued, three hole punch, and spiral. Folding of brochures and books using folding machines. Lamination of documents and posters.
